AI Features (Experimental)

You can ask questions to mycroft and it will give an AI generated answer. Just write it as any other chat message. e.g.

1. mycroft who made the game the long dark?
2. mycroft what is 60 miles/hr converted to km/hr?
3. mycroft can you write a song about Astrid surviving the cold world of the long dark?

Note: Mycroft will only answer if the chat message has the word "mycroft" in it. Messages from viewers must also end with a question mark(?) and will only be answered while the stream is live. Messages of streamers & moderators mentioning "mycroft" are always answered. This is to reduce spam.

GPT Persona (!persona) (Mod/Streamer only)

Customize the personality of Mycroft's AI responses.

!persona You are a sarcastic pirate who answers in riddles.

Speech-to-text (!speech) (Mod/Streamer only)

Mycroft can listen to your microphone while you are live and transcribe what you say. Speak a sentence containing the word "mycroft" and it answers or runs the command — the same as if you had typed it in chat.

!speech on # enable speech-to-text for your channel
!speech off # disable it

Notes:

• Transcription only runs while your stream is live, and may take up to a minute to start after you go live or toggle it on.
• The "mycroft" wake-word rule is the same as for typed chat messages.
• Spoken lines are also archived for the stream-recap/historian feature when that is enabled.
